In this position the candidate is responsible for identifying and transferring the existing core technologies between *** Germany and Taiwan to be used in LED and LCD manufacturing industry. This role requires an individual with strong technical knowledge of both manufacturing processes and equipment used in LED and LCD industry coupled with understanding of market needs.
This Technology Transfer Manager will report to VP, Display and will work closely with technology and sales teams both in Taiwan and Germany.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Work closely with technology experts and sales both in Germany and Taiwan to evaluate, identify and transfer existing core technologies which have commercial values used in LED and LCD manufacturing and equipment industry.
•Develop and implement Technologies Transfer Plan between Germany and Taiwan within target schedule and budget.
•You will have to coordinate project based transfer teams, drawing on skills and resources from across the organization.
•Actively work with technical marketing and sales to analyze and interpret marketing trends concerning technical products in LED and LCD.
•Actively work with sales to identify LED and LCD manufacturing and equipment market **** has competitive advantages. Transfer core technologies accordingly.
•Collaborate with engineering teams to transfer technologies within target schedule |
