Establish protocols for dealing with legal matters that arise including case follow up procedures and documentation
建立法律事項的處理程序,包含事件的後續追蹤及文書化管理

Oversight of Legal Documents 法律文件的監督審閱
Drafting / Review of new Real Estate Leases, Employee Contracts, Vendor Contracts, etc.
擬訂/審閱 新的租賃契約,聘僱合約,供應商契約...等各式契約
Communication with counterparts such as Landlord representatives if needed
如需要時代表公司與相對應人(如:房東、業主代表...等) 進行溝通
Assisting with the negotiation and completion of agreements while protecting the rights of the Company
在完成協商談判的同時必須同時顧及公司的相關權利
Communicating with other Company departments to ensure the Company meets its obligations as stipulated in its agreements
與其他部門進行溝通協調,以確保公司符合各式協議及規範的義務
Oversee Legal Matters with Regards to Real Estate Leases 房產租賃的相關法律事務
Ensure all Real Estate Leases are complete and protect the rights of the Company for the duration of the Lease
確保所有房產租賃的齊全,並確保租約有保障公司在租賃期限的權益
Document all legal activities related to the Real Estate Lease, including Lease Signing and Notarization, Handover of the Premises, Landlord communications, and Building Management Committee communications
負責管理房地產租賃相關的所有法律事務及文書作業,包括租約簽名及公證、租賃物點交、業主溝通,以及大樓管理委員會溝通協調...等。
Ensure all ancillary documents such as Signage Agreements, Building Management Committee Agreements, Parking Agreements are thorough and complete
確保所有租賃相關的配套文件是否齊備及完整,如:招牌協議、大樓管理委員會協議、及停車協議...等。
Spearhead Legal Actions and / or Counteractions to Protect the Rights of the Company 適時有效地提出法律行動(應對措施)及/或訴訟,以保護公司的權利
Issuing legal letters or other communication when there is a breach of an existing Company contract
出具法律信函或其他必要溝通,當發生違反現有的公司合約之情事
Initiating legal action such as law suits in the event of damages to the interests of the Company
如有損害到公司的權益的事件時,採取必要之法律行動(如:訴訟)
Receive input and direction from the Company CEO and President and handle dispute resolution accordingly to the best of your ability
接收執行長及總裁針對糾紛事件的處理方針,能盡力完善地處理爭端
Attend court hearings when necessary (this may require applying for legal licenses in multiple jurisdictions within Taiwan)
當需要時代表公司出庭
Retain the services of outside attorneys or law firms to assist when deemed necessary
公司會保留外部律師或律師事務所的服務,在必要時得以協助
